/// right-wing anti-Islamic group took out adverts on local buses likening Muslims to the Nazis. ///

And don't Left-Wing groups liken all those speaking out against radical Islam, as Nazis?

Interesting point AOG and it's not just those that speak out agaisnt Isilam that the left-wing groups call Nazi, Hitler so on.
"And don't Left-Wing groups liken all those speaking out against radical Islam, as Nazis?"

Can you give examples of these 'Left-Wing groups' you mention above ?

Unite against fascism - love music not Hate - Swp, lots and lots more.
Haven't you noticed or not something you really look at?
Well there have been a few people speaking out against radical Islam recently, and I haven't noticed any left wing groups bandying the Nazi word about.

Perhaps those groups only get excitable over people who equate Muslim with terrorist (actual or potential), which is obviously untrue.

"And don't Left-Wing groups liken all those speaking out against radical Islam, as Nazis?"

There are Nazi elements in some extreme right wing groups.

There are Marxist elements in some left wing groups.

Nobody forces young skinheads to chant 'Seig Heil' when they go on their protest marches - but when they do, are we not allowed to draw conclusions any more?
Strange how people champion the ‘right’ by denouncing the ‘right’. Islam is right wing – there are none ‘righter’!
The Vice chair of Unite Against Fascism is none other than Azad Ali - an avid supporter of Abu Quatada and hold Fundamental Islamic beleifs - in other words a frothy mouthed Fascist himself.

Hypocritical much?
Naomi, did you check out Al-Musawi on AOG's thread from yesterday? Don't know if this will work.
Perhaps the Neo-Nazis and Islamic extremists should get together to discuss their similarities over tea and biscuits - maybe on an island in the Indian Ocean...one of the islands that always seem to be in the path of a tsunami perhaps?
I see this thread has been hit with a wave of whataboutism.
I think you are missing the point of the thread SP
Svejk, thank you for posting that. Everyone should watch and learn.
No, I don't think they do.

*** The Anti-Nazi League (ANL) was an organisation set up in 1977 on the initiative of the Socialist Workers Party with sponsorship from some trade unions ***

*** The Anti-Nazi League was a communist terrorist organization set up and ran by the Trotskyite Socialist Workers Party to violently attack indigenous rights activists in Britain. ***
aog, I have not been able to find any statements by the *defunct* UK Anti-Nazi League that "liken all those speaking out against radical Islam, as Nazis" and would appreciate it if you could furnish an example.

You imply Left-Wing groups having one view "liken all those speaking out against radical Islam, as Nazis" when people are usually in different groups because they do not have identical views.

Did you perchance copy + paste this
"*** The Anti-Nazi League (ANL) was an organisation set up in 1977 on the initiative of the Socialist Workers Party with sponsorship from some trade unions *** "
from the first line here
http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Anti-Nazi_League

and this

??
Anyway I hope for a relevant answer to my original question.

Why else would they call themselves the Anti-Nazi league/Socialist Workers Party and oppose every EDL march or anyone else protesting against the rise of Islam, or are their actually Nazi groups that they target?
"Why else would they call themselves the Anti-Nazi league/Socialist Workers Party and oppose every EDL march or anyone else protesting against the rise of Islam, or are their actually Nazi groups that they target? "

Leaving aside the fact that you still have not given any examples of 'left Wing groups' likening 'all those speaking out against radical Islam, as Nazis', you seem to be conflating the EDL with anyone protesting against the rise of Islam, a rather sweeping analogy.
Maybe you are meaning Unite Against Fascism

or if you prefer

P.S. this man is dead. .

I'd like to say thank you as well, svejk.
I was hoping to read the views from those that are constantly calling others nazi and mentioning Hitler but no go.
Stupid comparison, IS and all the other extreme radical groups are founded, mistakenly, on so-called tenets of the Islamic faith, Nazism was not founded on religion. Comparing the two is daft.
