how would you word this on a will:

The 'contents/proceeds' of the following two life insurance policies to be divided equally between......

what word/words would you use in place of 'contents/proceeds ?? neither sound right!

proceeds sounds right to me, but i'd be getting it written by a professional

BC ( aka Chris ) used to run a will writing firm

pay out ?

If you are writing a free form will and it doesnt sound right
please please think about getting a lawyer/ will-writer to do it

it is not expensive ( hundreds)
