Is this still the original problem? My only suggestion is if the Court summons you then it is in your best interests to attend - but get a lawyer!

i have a solicitor but feeling very stressed me and my husband been arguing all night with each other
I feel so sorry for you. Try to support each other rather than argue. I am not a lawyer but stick together and I wish you well.
You will be found in contempt and it will cost you dearly. Turn up at the appointed time.

thank you very much wardlaw; for your kindness different to some on here
Go to court, if you don't it will just get worse for you, go and get it over with!
Yes you have had some unnecessary vitriolic remarks over the last few days. Ignore them and look forwards. Good luck.

thanks
Yes, make use of the 10 minutes of legal aid you have been given. If you don't turn up things may get worse and you will not get more aid
The consequences could be considerable. Ignoring problems doesn't make them go away, they just get bigger.
How was your appointment today with your solicitor, what did he advise you?
Go to court tomorrow, desktop, even if you feel awful. It will be worse if you don't.
Worse - you could be held in contempt.....GO!
Boxtops, the thread in law seems to be the most up to date.
Although who's to say DT won't start a new one to keep us on our toes!
It's ironic that this one is in adverts along with the rest of desktop's threads, but this is a different topic, after all.
Eccles, gness isn't going to court, not that I am aware of....though by the time my "account" has finished.
No, desktop, you must go or you will seriously multiply your problems rather than get on top of them, not only legally but with your partner, family, etc. To me, that is a simple decision to make.
The law thread has new information on it. Desktop must attend, but let her solicitor speak for her.
DTC, I know the DT/DTC confusion is a problem but how did you bring Gness into this thread?
desktop, behave or you will end up in one court or another. Just do what your solicitor says.
In the meantime, here is something to cheer you, imagine yourself on a nice greek island somewhere :)

Lovely vid thanks ttfn - reminds me of great holidays .......
