How can I get rid of that voice, please? If it carries on, I shall have to leave Answerback.

There shouldn't be noisy adverts am sure, make a note of the company and contact the ED, am sure he will sort it.

Yes Ed has been told of noisy ads, but he needs the company before he can remove it.

Thanks, everyone! The voice says "Congratulations, You won!" every time I go to my profile. I've no idea what the company is, so I suppose I'll have to grin & bear it! I know I can put the PC on Mute but he just says it the once! :-)

On Answerbank recently every time I switch pages I get a voice saying "congratulations you've won". Please tell me I can stop this.
