Offensive words are already blocked by a filter - the filter is on the whole ineffective. It asterisks out letters in the middle of perfectly innocent words and ignores the words which have had characters substituted for letters - l for i; @ for a, 7 for l and so on.
It would be easy enough to 'train' the filter but it takes a bit of time and effort.

yes there is a filter but unfortunately it does not stop words like sh1t, fcuk, b0llocks, w4nker, and tw&t, otherwise it's fandabibl00dydozi, However if you where to mention a lovely town like Scunthorpe it's probably be censored
