what happened to the "new layout"

I've been away for a while but remember that last time i was on here they were creating a more interative forum system what heppened to it ? or did it go the way of the "get paid for your opinions" plan ?

oh and by the way answerbank the newsletter is starting to p!ss me off as its just a list of adds nothing like what it used to be. ya know its not like it costs an arm and a leg to run a forum i think ya'll overdoing it a bit

personally I'm not impressed lately and as there is so little information in the news letters perhaps it could contain information such as this !
