how can i keep up with postings

I post on here sometimes and it maybe in different rooms, my question is how do i keep up with the answers as , although , it will be in different rooms. Then all i have to rely on is the last 4 postings shown in top right of screen.
if a posting is missed "i" have no way of responding to them, unless, i remember to look back at all the postings .
I hope you know what i mean, it is very hard to keep track of a nights postings and answers even if its your own posting but you are looking at someone elses that you have answered on and i cant always find them
I tried hard to punctuate this and i hope you understand.

Hi misundrstood. When you're logged in you'll see a "My Profile" box next to "Sign Out", top left of the page. Click My Profile and scroll down to the panel showing different options such as for instance "Questions I'm involved in."
