mine haven't been around since yesterday. I didn't click them, the racoon just went away. Maybe only the premium members get to see them?

I didn't have them to start with, but the last four times I have come back in here, they are there.

when the balloon race overlay appears, in the bottom r/h corner you should see a flag that says something like "permanently remove balloons", which brings up another box; using that should get rid of the pesky blighters forever.

I haven't seen that - I'll look next time, ta.

I still think they are out of order though.

they're what are known in the global media business as "advertising" and they pay the bills.

>they're what are known in the global media business >as "advertising" and they pay the bills.

But if they are so annoying that they stop you coming back to the site then that means they are not working.

I just had them right across the a/b window and could not do anything until I clicked them off.

If they keep appearing I will just stop visiting the site and answering questions. If enough people do that the site becomes worthless.

I am certainly considering giving up coming here.
