Is AB going to have an ignore button?? a lot of other sites manage to have this facility, it would make an enormous difference

hi cazzz don"t know about other sites to be honest but why would you let somebody annoy you that much to have a ignore button??? just give them the same back but 10 fold more???

I think a lot of people would benefit from an ignore button, ignoring the trolls/clones for one!

people dont use ignore buttons cazz you think at the time you will but people always want to read or hear what is being said about them its human nature, by the way gareth barrys fav colur is red i believe

I do use my own ignore button, both on here and in the real world, it isn't ideal, but it is often a very handy device

thats true bob as it makes it more interesting.... but if you were getting "bullied" by certain people all the time and it was starting to affect you in your day to day life then thats something else.. personnely if anybody got to me so much that i wanted to have a ignore button then i wouldn"t bother coming back on if i couldn"t deal with their sarcasm.

cazz, can you not just ignore a comment if you don't like it? Some people mistake humour for sarcasm - or vice versa. Everybody's different. I think that's what makes this site so popular. Best thing to do is take it all light-heartedly.

I generally have no interest in people I dont like bob, I would use an ignore button, I also think just having the option of an ignore button would be nice.
I would be ore worried about having the drama queen jurgen klinnsmann as a manager

chappie, I am referring more to continued trouble, not the odd remark, all the clone/troll cr@p thats been ruining this site for months.
if they are not going to moderate then why not give us the option to block out some of the abuse?

i think they have one cazzz, it is called the A/B editorial team, they ignore all the abuse and wazzocks that have infested the site with their moronic abuse and cloning etc.

have had abuse cazz all because of my user name... but...
i don"t take any notice of the narrow minded pr1cks and i can give out just as good or even better than them. as i said i haven"t been on for ages but the word trolls seems to pop up a lot of the time when im reading the posts from time to time! just ignore them in your head and enjoy AB as there is a good bunch here that makes up for the losers that need the attention that they don"t get in the real world!! keep up the good work cazz with the trivia girl.... now thats a good idea for now. xx

I know what you mean, cazz. Everything I have said (so far) on AB has been humorous, because that's the way I am, but there are some on here who take it as sarcasm. And I hate sarcasm ......
After a while you hesitate to post, because everything seems to be taken the wrong way!

I know what you mean, as I felt Cazz was attacking me on my last post about being prejudice whilst driving.

i keep posting this but ab will not introduce anything that decreases the rows because what do most people do when they see a thread that has a pixel fight going on? they look at it which then means they hit on the adverts down the side of the page which is revenue for ab which is why chatterbank was brought back, which is why people brown nosing the editor and holding her up as some sort of deity is ridiculous, not saying you do cazz as you are more of a realist but people have to see that the people in charge like the fights and will not do anything to discourage them
