So then lovenut you've never mumped about any poor service ever. If poor service is accepted, how do you expect it to improve. You are entitled to an opinion but it is not one I share.

I am a line manager and if a customer is unhappy wi me and he or she wants to speak to ma line manager I doubt that saying "Get a life" would go down that well.

If the service is that fine, how come the AB Editor is still to provide the information seven days after it was requested?
