It took me a few moments to workout what you meant by 'scrolling' but I assume that you're referring to the practice of some people who include loads of blank lines in their posts. (Hello Legend!!!).
If that's what you're referring to, please add my name to your list of supporters. AB's server already deletes double spaces between sentences so it would seem that it could easily delete double (triple, quadruple, whatever) blank lines between paragraphs.
An excellent suggestion and one which I fully endorse.

but if that is dun he or others will stil find other ways such as using ' . ' every return... grrr....

it's a pathetic attention seeking attempt, daft and juvenile, I support the plan but probably it will mean the daft sod will decide on some other crack pot repetative 'signature ' or method of drawing attention away from the general lack of substance in his posts.

problem I have with the big spaces is that I rarely read what is said in the spaces, I just scroll it all down to get away from it..

totally 100% irritating and i dont read what is put, so whats the point of doing it, if its just to annoy other users then it works.pointless!
I actually prefer people to read what i write, otherwise i do feel im kinda wasting my time!

Legend, why do you have such a constant need to be noticed?
If you ceased from scrolling, which is pretty boring anyway, you might get noticed for the right reasons, and not for playing like a naughty boy, who refuses to do what mummy says.
Imagine what it would be like if everybody acted so silly? People would leave Answerbank in droves, or at least leave the scrolled threads to the kindergarden brigade.
Once or twice was funny, but now you repeat the same old, "joke," and everybody has heard it before, and you don't get a laugh, just an, "Oh gawd!"
