morning all - par for the course weatherwise here, threatening to rain.
Jude I'm losing my virtual memory too, I gave up yesterday - the word must be out about us lol....are you with tiscali? they often go slow at holiday time. mind you, what I know about how a computer works could be written on a green shield stamp.

yes jno - all very well until we get our heels stuck in the decks.....think I'll just snap them off to start with, like that shoe shop sketch from Victoria Wood. How's the foot btw? are you ok for stilletos or do you want some plastic bags to pop over your bunny slippers?

thank you Robinia, foot is ok, though perhaps not best suited to stilettoes - put a crepe bandage on every day which kept calf and foot compressed but left my ankle bulging out in between like a balloon. So now I've got a sports ankle support as wisely suggested by biddies; thank you everyone. Honestly, illnesses, who'd have them?

Jno pleased the foot's on the mend. Somehow we've gone from the canal to the high seas, ne'er mind eh! Suits Vinny better as captain I think.
Robinia I'm with ntl, so I don't know what's up but touch wood it's not happened today.....yet!
Really would like to cut the grass today but it keeps raining on and off. The sun's lovely at the mo but I expect it'll cloud over again in a bit. Still I've got a match to listen to, so that'll keep me happy I hope.
I've had a ride in my son's new car, it's brill. He went to Skeggy yesterday to test it out. I think he went to show off really!! He reckons he's going to take it round Donington Park one day.I think you can pay for so many laps. I'd love to have a go at that. I like speed but not on the highway.
