Ahoj, ABers and welcome to another blog. In a week that Britney has resurfaced and the Backstreet Boys have turned out a new record, its fair to say that theres been an unwanted feeling of 90s nostalgia blowing round AB Towers. I keep expecting to see that Another Level have reformed every time I open a newspaper, or perhaps that Mansun have overcome creative differences and put out another album. Are you ABers happy to see rejuvenated 90s acts (such as James or The Spice Girls)
Anyway enough of that. Theres a belated Happy Birthday for one of the ABers, Dot Hawkes. Her birthday was on Halloween and we at AB hope that she had a good day, even if these best wishes are a bit late.
Another thing to mention is the success of the Birds and the Bees quiz that we featured in the blog a while back. It managed to raise 600 and that was primarily down to the generosity of the ABers. The organisers have asked me to thank those who donated and they did mention that there are some very generous and supportive on the site and that they appreciate it. Apparently a lot of the feedback was positive and they hope that people enjoyed doing the quiz. Its always good to be able to include things like this and the people who donated should give themselves a pat on the back.
Thats about everything for this blog, as people Googl-ize to find out the film Im talking about in the headline. Keep on using chatterbank and keep us in the loop on how private messaging is working for you and Ill be back with more AB news next week. Oh and the first word of the Blog isnt a misprint or me being dyslexic, its hello in a random language that I selected by jabbing my finger down at a map of Europe. So which country is it
