Is there a way to 'refresh' Latest Posts ? I feel sure that Latest Posts are not being fed quick enough with fresh items on my machine ( W 10 / Seamonkey.

Just click on the words 'Latest posts' - that refreshes the list

Just press F5 on the top of your keyboard to refresh the whole page, or the refresh icon on your toolbar.
