Where Has My 4 Years Service Badge Gone?

I am not into this badge sort of thing, in fact I was unaware what badges I held, but someone today mentioned badges which caused me to look into mine, if any.

I then noticed that yesterday I had been granted a Long Service Badge for 5+ years of membership.

I also noticed that I had the 1 Year Service Award Badge, also the 2 Year Service Badge and the 3 Years Service Badge, but strangely no 4 Year Service Badge.

Could anyone tell me why?

After three years 'they' are just checking you're not a glory hunter, only in it for what you can get, then you're rewarded again in year five as a stalwart.

I`ve just looked at mine. I`ve never looked before. I don`t know which is worse, the fact that I haven`t got a 4 year badge or the confirmation that I have been here for 5 years.
