I am astonished that it takes a Sassenach to point out that you have not hoisted the Saltire in the top left AB corner.

Where are the ardent Scots on here, the likes of Anneasquith or Douglas, or even mazie, nungate, queenie, minty, slinky, slappy or Albs? They should be on here giving you a right ol' rough time.

Wee drams awae to yer all, north of the Wall.

At the risk of causing controversy may I remark that it is strange that Burns night celebrates all things Scottish, given that he was an alcoholic, syphilitic tax collector with a poor command of the English tongue. I rate McGonagal above Burns.
I note your concerns re the sin of omission by the Ed.,but I would gently chide you in your missing me off your list.

I am deeply hurt DTC,being the sensitive person that I am. :-(

You are indeed included, Sir O......whereabouts are you?
He's in Scotland, not pixieland.

Duh, that's obvious, I was thinking more along the lines of town or city....
Serves em right for voting to stay under the thumb of their masters.
you can hardly expect the strict Calvinists who run AB to break the Sabbath in order to change a logo.
In the Capital City DTC .......in case you are confused I am talking about Edinburgh (not London, thank God).

I can now cheer up knowing that I have not been excluded. :-)

Break open the scotch, Sir O, a nice Lagavulin perhaps?
It's not the first time and the excuse used before was its falling on a weekend. I'm not impressed.
it is rather careless of them to schedule it at weekends, TCL. It should be permanently Mondayised so everyone north of the border can have a long weekend.
Don't have any Lagavulin in the house.........it's very nice but I prefer Glen Morangie DTC.
We celebrate being Scottish every day ;)

'Talbot..Serves em right for voting to stay under the thumb of their masters'

Aye and they're now ruing the day they believed their masters...not that the 55 will ever admit to it...
