incorrect password????

just went through stages of reporting an offensive post.
chose one of the options .. typed something in the text box ... password box already had row of x's in it as before (masked password).
them when i submitted thr report i got 'incorrect password' at the top of the screen.

what has happened or changed?

Perhaps the system didn't think the post was not worth reporting.

Strange if your password box was already completed with security coding.

Will be interesting to see what the Ed or other AB Techies have to say on the matter.(exclude me , I'm not a Techie.)

Either your computer has presented, at the time of hitting submit, another one of your passwords, which you use for another site, or used caps lock. Better to input your password manually if reporting an offensive post, then you're sure that you're using your correct password.
